DEVELOPMENT COVER IDEAS

After the first crit, we received some feedback, that we needed to be more experimental and that we were being too safe with the design.

here are some designs for the cover, we have taken a simplified approach, this to bring across what the book is about, due to the cover being very minimal, it would be interesting to use some nice stocks and print finish, to create interest. however it is still early stage and the design will change considerably yet.

we have also looked at the idea of using the visual language of a book of posted notes, this is to references 'idea' it suggests that each page has a new different idea. we can also use puns such as 'BAGD take note'

We have also looked at referencing a digital clock by using (07:10) this is stating the years we started and finished the course, this could be carried on within the book as page numbers in a digital format, however Joe pointed out in the crit that he din't understand the (07-10) abd that it was too subtle therefore not many people will understand its relevance. so it is a floored concept.
